Coffs Harbour TAFE Ceramics Exhibition

 The graduates of the two-year Diploma in Ceramics Course have an exhibition of their final works at a space on the top level of the City Centre Gowings Building. The exhibition is called "Earth Through Fire".

I attended the launch on the Friday night, heard a few good speeches but most importantly enjoyed the high-quality works. My favourite is the ceramics of Kate Wheaton. The dark brown colour of some works is from clay found in the Kalang area.
